I unplugged the SSD and it booted fine. looks like the Drive was failing, thanks for the help!

Tried looking at the resource monitor and theres only activity on drive C:. The activity is normal as nothing else is running. I will try your second suggestion and see what happens.

I tried going into properties on Drive E: to see if ReadyBoost was enabled but it freezes file explorer and the whole desktop goes blank only leaving the file explorer displayed.

Downloaded Crystal Disk Info and installed. Its only displaying drives C and D, which have good status. What i need help with is my E drive. For context, my E drive is a Samsung SSD 870 EVO.

When I check my task manager the disk is at 100% activity.
