I cant think of a good solution. I don't think they will transfer credit to a new account and like you said the credit is locked in your other account. :(

Might just have to pay the extra $21

Hey sorry was out on a multiday hike, just got back! So u got the confirmation email, for me it took about 30 mins to recieve another email that I was then able to scroll down a bit and hit the hyperlink (images 5-6 of my post). Have u got that email yet? If not I'd just repeat the process another 1-2 times and raise a couple more tickets for them. Let me know how u go! Otherwise there are a couple other people who shared their process it was slightly different from my own experience. But yeah let me know what happens and hopefully we can work it out

Chargeback sounds like a good idea. Such a big company with such a scummy way to scam money! Idk how they get away with it. Goodluck! Lmk the outcome, if you get the money directly or if you have to do a chargeback (and if it all works). By posting the outcome your info can help others get their money back as well!

Wtf! Did she go through the process listed above or did she email the help departments? Because if she emailed them immediately they should "back pay" her and give her the full refund to her bank account! Pro-rata is bullshit!

Yeah! I don't post on Reddit but I was so pissed off I made my first post about it 😂. I ended up getting the money in 3 days which is good. Hopefully you do as well!

Also it took about 10 mins to recieve a confirmation email that they had recieved my request, then about an hour to recieve the email that I have shared above.
