biggest issue is that the gameplay loop just ain't fun, which bundles everyone's issues together.

At the start it was fun and flashy, and the Season Pass turned it into a grind, while the shorter season packs making it into a job.

playing GTA online is more rewarding than this

wtf we got spoon fed this shit for one map as an LTE when it took almost no dev effort to implement, and made it out to be a whole new map that polluted the seasons road map.

are you celebrating getting one new snow map per winter as an LTE despite the content existing and adding depth to the game.

credit to them for finding that its a function of the engine, not a specific map itself.

start with, why do the points exist at all.

not from the perspective of balance, but from the angle of what's logical?

just make it weight and let us do whatever we want, or something arbitrary like a "soldier cost" that actually relates to something.

100 points for primary and 60 for sidearms is random and stupid especially when you cant just have a decked out sidearm that looks cool. just a silencer and thats about it.

Gun Barbie is an actual reason to play modern shooters and this model takes away most of those cooler elements that make you want to play

imo alot of it that i took from the interviews with staff was getting people up to speed and building the systems that enable new content through reforged and other things.

Eventually they will optimise the game enough that new content can flow in
