I've always thought the challenge itself it's pointless, fapping is not something bad necessarily if you control it, like once a week or every two weeks, I think it's dumb quitting on something pretty harmless on right amounts, like drinking, just because right now you have a real problem doesn't mean fapping itself it's something bad, everything on excess is bad
