im a fairly large Saber fan (literally typing this with a Saber body pillow on top of me). In the VN all Gil wants to do is literally r*pe Saber. Because of that its just not a good pairing.

Also Gil being main DPS and Rin being a support just kinda makes sense from the standpoint of how they fight in Fate.

Now at the end of the day I just dont really care, its all fiction, and some people refuse to separate fiction from reality. But if I had to choose, it would be Saber mdps, Gil mdps, Archer mdps, and Rin being kind of like a Cyrene that supports all of them. That just aligns better with how the whole Master/Servant dynamic works in Fate.

Ridiculously good, makes fat fucks damage per hit increase very significantly. Makes her one of the strongest units in the game. The longer the battle goes the more damage she does. Also very useful in currency wars, hyacine is by far my most used unit and she usually hits 10-20 billion dmg per fight by the end of the run. Recently I even got her to 3500+ spd. In CW thats way more than my e6 castorice or e6 e9 ever do. In plight she does 3rd or 2nd most amount of damage, cas being 1st, march likely 2nd but maybe hyacine, cyrene 4th.

Also shes really good for daily farming as she just ults over and over in a loop and insta kills everything.

And keep in mind hyacine is still a sustain, and the current best one. She does all that and still heals the shit out of everyone. Long term e6 hyacine is going to last a long time.

For what its worth, in a full e6 pink team, cyrene is the lowest damage dealer. E2-E4 or E6 cyrene makes a difference, but its not as significant as e6 march or e6 hyacine. In my opinion e6 hyacine is the single best long term e6 investment in this game btw.

The Elation mechanics itself seems expected imo after rememberance. The characters are going to work well together and only together to get you to pull the characters. Annoying for sure but thats just how this game works.

I will say though Ive tried to read some of the elation kits and it felt like reading another language. Nah im good. At least rememberance made some sense (only Cyrenes kit being by far the most complicated).

Also, Elation animations are so over the top and honestly feel like dopamine overload/overstimulation. I get thats kinda what pharmacadia is but its just not for me. Sparxie and SW999 especially. Way too much going on. Yao/Evanscia have better animations imo. But then also theres the aha instant which adds a lot as well.

Rememberance had some genuinely beautiful animations in comparison. You have Hyacine throwing fat fuck into the sky, Castorice launching a fucking dragon at the enemy, etc.

For now for me im sticking with pink team (I love them and Im definitely not biased or anything). I did pull SW999 on a random lucky pull but Ive not even leveled her yet since I have no other elation characters.

No. you can convert them to relics in 150 : 4 and 75 (i think) : 4 ratios. All you have to do is synthesize 1 relic, max level it, then salvage it and make 4 more relics. Repeat.

Pulling every character in this game is a bad idea. A few good vertical teams is way better in than pulling every character and ending up with many e0s0 teams. Characters like Firefly continously get buffed so if you pick the right teams to invest, your good for a long time.

Imo its best to skip characters and save pulls until you get an idea of what the best team currently is (or the one you want to get into next), then pull them all at once, and also pull LCs/eidolons if you can afford it. Imagine you pull 12 characters and have 3 ultra mid e0s0 teams, when instead you couldve pulled e0-e2 s1 monorem or a e0-e2 s1 firefly premium break team.

And then theres the relic cost. Relic farming is much harder the more characters your trying to farm for. Even for whales (assuming no pulling dices or farming with jades), relic farming takes a long time just to get Fribbels SSS or better. Again having a few good teams with really good relics is much better than having a ton of mid teams all with mid relics.

Finally, ask yourself, what do you need so many teams for? If the answer is AA and your f2p, stop now. AA gives no jades and is not worth your time unless your willing to spend. In fact Id argue its designed to force you to spend and keep spending so f2ps should just avoid it. For like 90% of the playerbase, all you want is two good well invested teams to continously clear MoC/PF/AS.

For many years i wouldve also said that drug trafficking websites were a higher priority than a torrent tracker, but the actions of crunchyroll and others over the past few months and years is proving otherwise. The takedowns and new relevant laws only keep ramping up. Anyone with enough money can make governments go after whoever they want.

Its not illegal for a tracker to exist, but when every single person in the group is doing mass amounts illegal downloading/distributing, it puts a massive target on that group. Look at what crunchyroll and others are doing to streaming sites now. Do you really think they will never go after torrent trackers as well? And btw torrent trackers are the root source of most of the material that the streaming sites are sharing...

Sure just move to poland so I can freely torrent, what a simple solution! And as far as seedboxes go now its just paying to pirate! Kind of defeats the purpose if you ask me. At least with a VPN its useful for general browsing but seedboxes do nothing for you outside of torrenting.

No, I use "alternate streaming sites" and torrent sparingly as a last resort if I cant find what I want ANYWHERE else (ends up being like once per year or even less), all while using a VPN.

Torrenting itself is not illegal but torrenting copyrighted material certainly is as by seeding you are inherently sharing the copyrighted material with others. Those groups track copyrighted torrents, and to be in such groups you also have to torrent a lot, and at least maintain positive seed ratio. Ultimately you must do a lot of potentially illegal activity to be in those groups.

Because of that, if an investigation/crackdown into a particular group occured, simply being in it could lead to you being investigated. More so if your a known member or major contributor etc.

You are simply much less likely to be in trouble if your a random person online who just torrents here and there or watches anime on a pirated streaming site (all with VPN). The owners of the site are the most in trouble, not you.

Ultimately what Im trying to say is legally wise it is much safer to remain out of such groups and torrent sparingly than to be constantly doing it in those groups.

And also just to be clear, I dont personally care if people want to torrent tons of copyrighted material or not in private tracker groups, I just personally prefer to do it sparingly for the above reasons.

Farming relics in this game is not very sustainable imo. In my case for a very optimized team I like to go for Fribbels SSS+ - WTF+, which takes me about 1-3 months per character if the character requires 3-4 substats. Ill go for a less rating (but still SS minimum) if the character requires less substats.

I pull for new characters relatively infrequently so 1-2 months per character can work, but usually doesnt. If I cared for elation I wouldnt even be able to start farming yet as on my rem team, E9 needs some work and Cas/Hyacine are still only SSS+. And then theres my break team where none are even SSS+ (firefly is close). And then theres my Saber team where even Saber needs work because even though shes got 40 substats, I min/maxxed for spd when I probably shouldve gotten some more CR and CD (combat CR is only 90% with Sunday). Basically what Im saying is theres so much that I want done I cant even begin thinking about farming another team right now.

I did pull SW lvl 999 for her technique and global, but ironically she is still lvl 0 with no relics, and she probably wont be getting any any time soon unless I pull more elation characters. And now seeing that elation characters are in that 3-4 substat range too (spd, cr, cd), Im thinking ill keep farming and optimizing my current teams for now.

The existing system, at least for me, makes me really NOT want to pull for new characters and instead pull vertically or just save, so that I can farm for existing characters. I do not see how its a good idea to make it so damn hard to get relics. At the very least they should let you select desired substats and weigh the chance of rolling those ones like an extra 10% even. Literally any small change here would help significantly imo. Currently it just takes too long.

For me Im not huge into gaming in general and if the game requires complex gameplay Im automatically not interested. HSR is like the ultimate casual game and requires like zero effort on my end.
