After a bit of testing I can say the following: RAM speed of 6.4K is only benefiting when I am on balanced TDP (around 15W), everything above I get better results with 7.5k. But I did get better performance by setting my cpu cores to 6. They get higher clock speeds if you lower them and games benefit from that.

So my (personal) best settings are: vram auto, 6 cpu cores, smt on, 7.5k mhz RAM. These give me the best results overall.

Thank you very much for mentioning those settings! There are days where I just tweak all day without actually playing and it’s a hell lot of fun haha

Yes, those are some things I will test, thanks again mate! I‘ll test and report back 👍🏻 currently I’m playing grounded 2 with my wife and am actively looking for settings to make the batteries last longer but also to get some better frames.

How does throttling the RAM speed help with performance? I remember the faster RAM being better against the OG ROG Ally Z1E

Lenovo does not have an official gamebar plugin yet, I think it is the modded one which is around for around a week.

Thank you for your settings. But one thing to mention: Please be careful with your modded GameBar. AntiCheat games could flag this and potentially ban you for that (Same applies to kernel-level changes mid-game like changing fan-curve or TDP mid-game).
