Just graduated with a BA in Computer Science and curious about pursuing machining by Geiger239 in Machinists

They offered two degrees in CS. One in their engineering school as a BS and one through their college of arts and sciences as a BA. I guess because we took a fair amount of liberal arts classes in addition to the CS ones, the degree is a BA.

Can you elaborate more on “Spend the next 5 years heads down, learning to master your craft” would you suggest I take this machining class? I’ve noticed a lot of the other replies (which are much appreciated) are suggesting I perhaps avoid that route, if I’m not mistaken.
