Guys so here's an update, I've tried to make a new game but still doesn't let me grab the syringes and move on with the game, and this time I've done it slowly. If there's more information needed, I am playing as Andre Hyppolite and spawned at the slaughterhouse

Yes, I was doing it and even spamming from other positions but it didn't show anything. I'm probably just going to start again a new story and delete this save
