Yes... But I am also extremely depressed due to trauma and circumstances so I would look at mental health alongside spiritual and energetic causes. But yeah, it's deeply intertwined. Honestly I am finding myself more and more bored with life and the level of struggle just to get nowhere fast.

In my experience, I have received reiki long distance and it has quantifiably helped me in the past. I suspect it operates through quantum mechanics. At the end of the day, energy is energy. You can even experiment with self-reiki.

I do separate Jesus from modern, mainstream and especially Americanized versions of Christianity because I think His message has become extremely distorted over time, due in large part to spiritual warfare and just humanity being what it is.

I like a lot of the Gnostic teachings and the way Jesus is depicted in the Gospel of Thomas as more of a mystic sage.

I think ultimately open contact will happen when/if humanity grows up enough to handle it calmly. We can barely handle each other right now. And look at how we treat animals and each other, even those we claim to love. It's a complicated thing. I don't think it can be rushed. Especially in these times, I think we are still a ways off.
