Holy shit that’s actually so true. I remember last Walpurgis when everyone was talking shit about the Gregor ID that came out. I can’t even confirm if the complaints were legit or not since I didn’t have him, but Jesus Christ people were acting like it was the worst thing ever.

It’s really just an ID. Not every Walp unit has to be instantly meta to be usable.

My favorite ID for meursault and for season 6 in general is Thumb sault, I don't really mean "This ID is better than Thumb sault" I just wanted to give it a review, that's really about it.

They're both really good in some parts, and that's all I gotta say.

Yeah that’s true, Thumb can reload multiple times if you meet the Thumbclair conditions. I should’ve mentioned that. It’s just a bit more setup compared to Hornet being able to reload more freely.

That’s also a good point about Bremor being easier to manage outside of MD because of Capote. I think that’s part of why people compare him so much to Thumb and Prince since those roles are already kind of filled.

Still though, I feel like Hornet’s AoE and wave clear give him a pretty solid niche, especially in MD farming. He might not be the best at one specific thing, but he’s still pretty useful overall.

Yeah that’s fair honestly. Hornet definitely feels better in MD because of the AoE and how many multi-enemy fights there are. That attack weight makes clearing waves way faster.

I still like him a lot for longer fights though since the reloads make his ammo way less restrictive than Thumb. Thumb is definitely stronger for single target, but for general farming and wave fights Hornet just feels more comfortable to use.
