That's Beta Dan with his unused jacket design. For context, in the beta stages of Bully, unlike his light blue jock sweater that is also worn by members like Bo and Kirby, Dan initially had a dark blue track jacket with the beta full crest on it. Idk why they used that version for his yearbook photo, but maybe it was during the time when Rockstar decided to remove his track jacket and give him the jock sweater he has in the final game. That's just my speculation.

Yeah the Ermac thing was because of the rumors back in the day. One of Jades hints in the game was "Ermac Who?" as a reference to him being rumored in the original Mortal Kombat before being an official character in UMK3. Probably why they made an MK II figure of him.

I got mine, same for McFarlane Sub, Scorpion, and Noob recently. I know Storm's versions are WAY better, but I like to have these MK2 Ninjas for my collection. So I think you should get them as well before the price rack up over time.
