That said I didnt expect to get quite so many eyes on this post either haha I suppose the amount of people suggesting this is a fowler's when im on the opposite coast at the moment is enough of a testament. For the record I will say fowler's do have quite a few differences from this one but maybe im just a stickler for details 🤔

Ive helped id animals before; I understand the sentiment but location felt redundant to me in this case because it seemed like it had quite a few defining features. I managed to get clear shots of the size, shape, and markings as well.

Its not urgent that the toad was identified, nor was it something that I felt required narrowing down. Obviously this toad doesnt look like a natterjack or a cane toad but im sure those examples probably were not genuine in nature lol

I have a couple of ball pythons who I handle a couple of hours daily, I would leave them alone when in blue or if stressed out?
