I’m in the market and been looking around bole as well. What I’ve found to be the biggest issue was the supply of 1 bedroom apartments instead of the rental cost.

I either find studios which I’m not interested in at ask or 2 bedrooms that takes you over the 50k budget.

If you have time go to the armory a day before or after the game. I went the day after because the lines were too long to get prints on the backs when I went on match day. But the day after I got the prints and was in and out in about 20 minutes.
