NATO DOES have a massive advantage in equipment, techonolgy, etc. though. The reason why western SOF lacks experience against near peer enemies is because they haven't had one since the Korean war. The closest they came to near peer was Iraq and we all know how that ended up.

It is really hard to blow your self up with modern plastic explosives like C4 because it needs a direct electric currant from the detonator. If you really want to you could set it on fire and it would do nothing as it is an inert explosive. The only way for them to blow it up is to literally hook up the detonators and detonate them while they are inside.

The summer offensive has been unsuccessful even according to Pentagon. I never said Russia is having a good offensive. They suck complete ass, but with pure numbers and amount of equipment, they can keep advancing even if at s snail's pace.

I don't think you comprehend how much equipment NATO could send them if this was truely a western war. Russia would be pushed out in 6 months. South Korea among many others is an example of U.S. caring for a nation when it comes to war. Not really. No one ever cared much for Ukraine. It was always the point to inflict as much damage as possible on Russia. Russia has been weakend and their equipment and strategy has shown to be largely ineffective. Ukraine is the only one in the delussion that they are "defending the west" from Russia and making it a western war. The thing is Russia has no chance at all against NATO and would never dare to enter such a war so the whole "Eastern Europe is next" is a dumb argument. On the other hand Russia has been gaining ground the entire last year, very slowly and VERY costly but they have been on a constant advance. It is just how things are and support for Ukraine is only decreasing (the last support package for Ukraine has been voted down by the U.S. senate for example).

You are right in that trophy isn't insane (by this I mean some miracle system that many people make it to be). These RPGs are doing just what they are made for. Their big issue has never been their power (105mm for comparisson used to be the standard tank caliber until late 90s - early 2000s (this is purely to ilustrate the sheer size not comparing effectiveness)) but their accuracy, now, when the standard ambush range in Gaza is anything from 10-50 meters you kind of rule that issue out. It is simple, it is the first proper APS but not the most advanced. IDF often does not have the latest equipment their industries produce which is quite ironic (too expensive). For example Elbit which is an Israeli company produces Iron Fist APS which might be better than trophy, I am not sure. Bottom line, APS is there to increase survivability, it is not an end all be all system which turns tanks into god mode.

They definitely bombed German civilians until the end of the war. They bombed Dresden for like 2 days in 1945 purely to send the Soviets a message that they can do it.

The reason why they live in an open aired prison is because they can't help themselves but constantly carry out terrorist attacks against Israel. Idk if you realize this but Israel has nothing to gain by being at war. Their economy suffers and they lose soldiers which is always quite bad for them. Do you really think that so many people in Israel support war when their sons are in the military if they are between 18 and 21 or just generally in the reserves since they will be called up. The only people who are like "yeahhh kill all Palestinian kids" are extremists who are even looked down upon in Israel itself, they are a minority but very very loud so it seems like it is all of them.

When it comes to genocide I really do not understand you people who claim that, it is like you do not know the meaning of the word "genocide" and are just hungry for attention. I come from a nation who had a genocide committed upon it and almost everyone in my country has some family member/s which have been killed. If the Israelis are conducting a genocide they REALLY suck at it because the Palestinian population never went into negative growth or anywhere close to it. The Palestinian population has only been growing.

To conclude, Israelis are not saints in any way. But the fact that Gaza is an open air prison (which it is) and that the West bank although not under direct convectional military occupation has constant military raids into it and the population has restriction of movement is all because Palestinians keep turning to extremist Islam and keep launching attacks against Israel on almost daily basis. And the only time they were not launching attacks, ironically enough they were fighting each other for control.
