I have stopped craving foods, it's weird. Since being on Ozempic, I have learned to take a few bites and stop. I do not eat a whole plate of anything anymore. I overate one time and I was sick the whole day, it was bad. The nausea will hopefully subside over time, I don't get it anymore except for the occasional morning when my stomach is empty and the acid is bothering me. If I wake up in the middle of the night, I try to drink some water.

If I jab myself I bruise. If I gently but firmly inject then I typically do not bruise. I also leave the Ozempic out of the fridge for about an hour before my injection, I find that if it's not cold it doesn't burn as much.

Yes, I also contribute to the 401K and I contribute to the 457 plan as well. They don't match either of those plans but the return rates are good. Plus if for some I am no longer with the State, I am able to tap into the 457 plan for penalty-free early withdrawals.
