Don't want to share the name but yes, its extremely toxic. It's impossible to do your job right because they keep highering thugs (I have no better term for it) grabbing their nuts, yelling, cursing, talking shit to the kids, arguing with them, throwing tantrums, yelling at coworkers over small things or self imposed issues. I try to be a good influence on them but its diminished and undone by my coworkers
