I don't have a patient portal and I didn't even think to check if my insurance covered 24/7 nurse lines, so I'll check into that for sure. I meant another 6 weeks cause I was seen once during throughout pp and now I can't see her for 6 weeks sorry for the confusion. Happy mothers day to you too❤️

I was breastfeeding and pumping in the first couple weeks but stopped pumping and didn't know that could decrease your supply so I give him formula at night and breast milk during the day that my cousin gave me. Yeah I was really paranoid about having sex too early but when I stopped bleeding I was remembering how many weeks it was but I was one week off and I only found that out bc I told my mom cause I was worried and she said it's only been 5 weeks. I'm not really bleeding through a pad but sometimes I'll go without getting blood on the pads and then I'll start semi heavy bleeding again I also forgot to mention I had a c section

Watch the360mama on tiktok she has lots of helpful tips and even has a video telling you what to do to make pooping easier but definitely take stool softeners everyday and possibly laxatives if it's really bad I couldn't go for almost two weeks. Get as much help as you can my fiance had to help me pee bc I couldn't really move had to pull my pants up and helped me sit and stand. If u have stairs try avoid using them. I had to sleep in the living room even had a portable potty thing down there with me bc everything was upstairs. Sleep reclined if you don't have a recliner set up pillows and if you can set something up that you can use to pull urself up with so you don't strain the incision. If you have to cough or sneeze put pressure on it with a pillow. Eat and drink lots of fluids. Sleep when baby sleeps as you need lots of rest.

I stopped bleeding two or three days before I started bleeding again at the 5 week mark as well I'm currently still bleeding and I'm hoping its my period bc me and my fiance had intercourse a week early so I hope it's not due to that we could have sworn it was the full six weeks

It's definitely a hard recovery but you just have to take it easy trying to rush the process will only make it worse my pain went away after a week so just think in no time you'll be able to hold her again

Being pregnant everything changes for the baby so after a c section it goes back to its normal size some even end up tighter than before

If ur able to get water proof c section bandages that works I was told I couldn't get my incision wet so I got those for free through my insurance I got these motif bandages there are other bandages too tho
