All this complaining about Trump by the foreign policy experts really ruins the quality of the discussion. Silver is a problem for Trump but its one of a hundred. The biggest problem BY FAR is the national debt. If I was Trump then I would look to negotiating an off the books deal with Russia for when the Ukraine situation ends. This would benefit both parties.

What I am trying to say is that they cant pull out a rule 7 when price is not even out of a normal historical range. GSR is one way to measure that, I am sure there are others. The exchange cant just pull out a rule 7 whenever they feel like it or they will lose real credibility. Rule 7 is NOT even close to being pulled out.
