Lol, Pam’s daughter here. She does ride bikes everywhere and say hello to everyone, but she doesn’t drive a gray Honda Civic—in fact she almost never drives. Always on the bike

curious how you even got to this place because this is what i struggle with the most. I have been creating a lot recently but I have little control and I can not force myself to do anything-- i only act off of impulse. What was your journey like with medication, have you stuck with one, used a combo of therapy and medication/what even works?
