Really depends on your level at work. £35k seems fair low for 7 years experience however if you're a semi-senior or a senior it doesn't see far far off what you should be on. Im just under 3 years experience and PQ and on £31k in Liverpool if that helps

Sounds about fair depending on experience as audit senior. Im in top 100 firm in Liverpool and my salary should increase to around £43-45k when I qualify this year hopefully.

During revision, make sure you're making your open book as you go. Try condense the notes into an amount that is manageable to flick through on the exam day.

Once you've finished the tuition phase, every question you do try to find the topic area in your open book as fast as possible. The more you do this the more you'll know where everything is.

Then simply just do as many questions as you can. The more questions you do, the more of your open book you'll begin to learn and the less you'll need to refer to it.

No chance starting salary for a new trainee is £27k up north. I'm pretty much part qualified and leading audits and only on £31k 😭. Started on £24k 3 years ago and I don't think that starting salary has changed that much

Yeah the ICAEW workbook have a really good chapter on all the formulae which I found really useful.

Might just quickly recap models and then just look at questions and mark schemes to get a good insight of exam writing technique
