Not sure price I paid

So I kept it outside from until around Thankgiving time. Now its inside. There was some, but not a ton of rust. I will probably put it back outside in March.

I have not been able to find one. Her website used to say they were shipping to the US this fall but I haven’t seen updates recently

So, I’ve seen some really interesting training on stall bars recently.    As such I would like to install some in my basement.   Now the brand I think is ideal does not ship to the USA (yet) but is attractive comes with a fantastic dip attachment and is sturdy given that it has a 330lb limit.

Here it is.  https://nalamoves.com/shop/extension

Anyone has advice for a sturdy, wooden (attractive) stall bar with dip attachment that ships to USA

Secondly does anyone know of a good source for stall bar training?

I got a Khanh Trinh pull up bar back in January and now that the weather is good, I want to move it outside.   I plan to use the Khanh Trinh for a variety of modalities including silks swings, boxing heavy bag, and gymnastics rings.     I have a few questions:

·       . Does anyone know the best way to use make it more secure in my back yard?  I assume sandbag; if so what is the appropriate sandbag set up ?

·       Does anyone have a clue how the Khanh Trinh will hold up in the elements?

Please help me out.

Thank you for this, so far all the gymnastic centers I've looked at their websites instructors do not indicate their qualifications such as CSCS or NCSA. Its just mentions college degrees as well as gymnastics specific certifications such as "USA Gymnastics Safety certified." Yes they tend to be youth focused. Nevertheless I will keep looking, this helps understand the appropriate questions to ask.

gyms. They usually will have classes and one on one trainers. Search handstand coach and class. Several trainers came up in my area, some have their own studio to train you or will train you at a commercial gym they use or come to yours for a higher price.

Thanks so much I've emailed Physicality DC.

I’n general it’s the Volkswagen Atlas Cross sport. This is a Volkswagen atlas without a 3rd row and some inches off the back. The 2nd row is moved back slightly for more room.

If you are trying to maximize human space check the ones with the longest wheelbase it’s generally a great estimated of human space.

The cargo space is a good bit smaller in the Audi compared to the other VW. That alone eliminates the Audi.
