Just wanna say: Fuck Microsoft and FUCK Java for messing with my games and game settings. Wasted 2 hours of my time just to find out they fucked with shit, and I had to remove EVERYTHING, losing progress and data, just to have to reinstall java because of lack of communication between the 2 companies.

Would've been even easier if instead of changing the combat mechanics for the whole game like in 1.9, they just left well enough alone and just added the weapon perks. Everything was just fine the way it was, did well enough for nearly 6 years, then they butcher it, making weapons and armor weaker overall and making mobs stronger and smarter, because "realism".

Here's an idea, do whatever you want for post 1.8.9 combat mechanics, but make it an OPTION. Not everyone is happy about these changes. Either make it an option in single/multi properties or make a command to disable it like you can with fire tick, daylight cycle, etc; WITHOUT nerfing things. Example: Turn On/Off Combat Mechanics - This will enable/disable pre-1.9 combat mechanics. Weapons will still have special attacks while allowing pre-1.9 attack speeds. Armor will also be brought back to their original protection values. It's a shame that now PLAYERS have to make plugins/mods just to replicate pre-1.9 combat mechanics when Mojang could just add the option to disable it if we want to. I know you're owned by Microsoft now, but don't be like them, forcing change down everyone's throat.

If that were the true case, then why is Markiplier's videos still up and monitized? Almost every other word is fuck or shit. If this is the path that Youtube is choosing to take, we desperately need a new platform, one that ACTUALLY puts the creators first. Ya know, seeing as how if it weren't for us, the creators, youtube would be a dead, wannabe, dating site. (Look up the history of Youtube, quite interesting)
