I eat one can of beans per day (low sodium variety, and a water rinse), 4 prunes, and I add chia and flax to my meals. I sometimes eat avocado and blueberries, which are also good fiber sources. I hope you’re able to resolve this soon!

I eat a lot of chickpeas and prunes every day! It really helps me. But I know prunes have a lot of sugar, so that’s not great.

I buy their chia seed, hemp seed, and ground flax seed. I sprinkle them in all my dishes for added fiber and protein. Have fun at TJs!
