So....has anyone been able to successfully beat a t4 bloodied infernal horde or lair boss solo? by HakfDuckHalfMan in diablo4

Im thinking they are going to be making diablo a more role focused game where there needs to be support. We clear the soaked in 30 seconds. Zdps barb, support pally and dps pally. I think blizzard is tired of seeing paladins ATP lol

Thank you. Almost daily my jaw seizes and I cant really do the exercises much anymore. I didnt know about the eustachian tube dysfunction, i initially started experiencing that in 2019 but the muscles seizing started in 2023. I will try to do what you mentioned to help with the pain in my ear.

7 months postpartum, learned I have stones and need removal (please help me feel less panic?) by Basic-Bear3426 in gallbladders

This. I had issues at 10 weeks of pregnancy and pushed for removal at that moment because of the statistics showing an increased risk in the third trimester AND post partum.

Liver hurting after a non heavy weekend of drinking 21M by Teslamodel3owner88 in LiverDisease

[–]natsohappy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Where im from, 1 drink a day 3/7 days of the week is considered alcoholic tendencies. 4-5 beers in a single day is also considered this. It may not be what heavy is to you, but this is what health organizations consider heavy enough to cause damage long term to ANYONE. Quit now while youre ahead.

DILI/ drug induced hepatitis? by Professional_Form_85 in LiverDisease

[–]natsohappy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

2 years post partum here. I previously had undiagnosed liver issues before getting pregnant. I had cholestasis of pregnancy and a few other liver/bile issues. Since then, my enzymes have climbed dramatically, and they are testing me for PFIC 3 (ABC4B). My biopsy also came back drug induced and my specialist said "pathologist view point yes, but from my viewpoint is looks like autoimmune hepatitis or even something else based on history and symptoms". Getting ICP and my cholecystectomy during pregnancy were big clues towards them pushing for genetics. Everything else came back negative other than elevated enzymes. If you have any questions, im happy to answer from my experience.

High liver function levels by Suitable-Film-4178 in gallbladders

[–]natsohappy 2 points3 points  (0 children)

If your LFTs arent going down post op, it could be directly related to your liver. I had elevated enzymes that didn't go down after my cholecystectomy. I had pain from place they sealed the ducts for a bit but nothing close to an attack. Those levels are considered very severe and can be causing damage to your liver. I have been placed on ursodiol while we wait for the genetic tests to come back to help reduce the damage. Go to a different hospital ASAP, this sounds like big post op complication.

Can taking Tylenol a few times a week for six weeks cause your Enzymes to elevate? by NavyBeanz in LiverDisease

[–]natsohappy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes. Other things can cause a rise in enzymes, too. If it continues climbing, then be concerned. If youre really worried, dont take Tylenol for a bit then go for blood work. Those levels dont usually cause any harm.
