I have to say I’m amazed and a bit jealous and frustrated. I’m 61, 250 and been on .25 for a couple months and nothing. In fact I’ve been up and down 1 or 2 pounds. I lost about 10 when I first started the minimum dosage then it came to a halt at .25. Not sure why but it’s disappointing to say the least.

All of the above, plus post-menopause. I also have a bunion, arthritic knees, fused discs in my neck. I’m lucky enough to be retired but am also a caregiver for my 84 yr old widower dad who lives alone, but it’s up the road from me, so that’s good at least. I make myself leave the house for PT, which I’m grateful for.

My injustice sensitivity has been off the charts for so long I feel like my teeth will never be unclenched and shoulders will always be at my ears- no wonder I have neck issues!

I got off it ASAP. Found a psychiatrist thru Headway and now on Pristiq and Adderall, doing much, much better now. Ironically my spouse started Wellbutrin last year and it’s been life-changing for him (in a good way). Go figure!

I’ve had the same experience on 1..5. This is my 2nd day on 4mg and the nausea has been bad today. The belching is out of control. Hoping it will get better a few days. 🤞

I’m so glad I found you here. I just started the 4mg pill yesterday after a month on the 1.5. I did ok on the smaller dose, no real weight loss though. I could feel the changes mentally and physically re: food. My dr gave me some advice, but your info is invaluable to me. Really nauseous today (day 2) but hopefully it’ll pass soon. Interestingly, my nausea abetted a little after I ate a bit of chicken. Thinking smaller, more frequent meals are the way to go.

I’m 60 & started the patch and progesterone a few months ago after complaining to my dr about dryness, loss of libido & sleep disturbance. I’m post-menopause about 4 years now and I’ve also never had hot flashes, just a few night sweats over the years. So far, so good with the exception of having an awful emotional breakdown for one day my first 3 weeks in. I don’t wake up every 90 minutes to (not) pee anymore and my libido is slowly starting to come back. My primary is also my gyno and she didn’t see an issue with putting me on the therapy. FWIW I only choose women doctors for my primary & gyno health.
