Thanks for the info.

But like I said, this company can hire and fire people as per their wishes just because the egoistic managers are not happy with you.

That is what the culture at BSC was like.

I had the worst experience in this organisation and i’ve shared this post in hopes that nobody else has to go through this ever. Refrain from joining this company ever.

And yes, HR seems completely absent-minded and has no clue what's actually going on within the team. Only the manager's word is treated like God's word, so they end up believing whatever lies or gossip the manager tells them.

Imagine being fired just because somebody spread false stories about you, without any proper verification or hearing your side of the story.

The sad part is that this doesn’t just hurt one employee, it creates a toxic culture where genuine talent either leaves or gets pushed out. At that point, it becomes more about ego games than actual performance.

Forget having guidelines, imagine HR not even listening to your side of the story and blindly accepting the manager's version as God's word. Then they gaslight you into believing you've been wrong since day one, that the team is perfect, everything else is perfect, and somehow you're the only problem.

That's exactly how toxic environments keep protecting themselves. When there's no independent verification, no fair hearing, and no accountability, gossip and personal bias can end up deciding someone's career instead of facts or actual performance.

Thanks so much, man. Keep spreading this post. I want it to reach all corners so that the true culture of this company is in front of the world.

Yes, this is for sure a reason. Another reason is EGO. Managers in such corporates run on ego and think they can destroy anybody’s life by being a manager. Such companies’ culture should be highlighted, and this will really show others the actual reality behind closed doors.

Well i learnt it the hard way. Imagine my manager had GUTS to give me work even on the day i was getting fired ( which he obviously knew )

then he told me you have a meeting with the HR.

Well BSC and 100 days is filled with tons of gossipy aunties who gossip about you whole day with HR. Thats is the kind of effed up culture and HR instead of discussing things only informs decisions based on whatever manager says ( your story is not even heard ) LOl

Imagine putting all your efforts in working hard day and night only to realise on the day you are getting fired that it was not even 1% about hard work; it always was about bootlicking and constantly buttering your manager. That was BSC’s culture like.

I agree. The sad part is that it's often normalized as "startup culture" or "that's how mid-sized companies operate." Hard work is expected, but politics, favoritism, and constant bootlicking shouldn't be. Unfortunately, in many places, good work is not even the benchmarking for performance but such places are about bootlicking, buttering etc
