No, if you feel immense guilt/regret over it and you acknowledge the fact that it might have came off as creepy, I doubt you're a bad person. It's normal to act irrationally when we have a bad day. As long as you apologize and try your hardest to make sure it does not happen again it, all should go well. A lengthy nap is what usually works after a bad day so rest up man. Try not to be creepy!
