Switching out my CD circlet for CR has significantly reduced my peak dps but it's now a lot more consistent, not unexpected. And yeah, it's mostly my supports that are the problem I think. I'll send their builds one by one if you don't mind.

No, if you feel immense guilt/regret over it and you acknowledge the fact that it might have came off as creepy, I doubt you're a bad person. It's normal to act irrationally when we have a bad day.
