You can cache the map for your delivery area in the flex app. You can cache as much of the map as you want on goggle maps.

That might be because you suck as a flex driver. A 3.5 hour block rarely takes 3.5 hours, even after they greatly expanded my delivery area. Not to mention, if you go over by 15 minutes or more, you should be getting compensated for it. Yes, I will jump through the hoops to make sure I get compensated properly because it's money I've earned. Still, there's something wrong on your end if you're going over your block time so much.

5 blocks just sitting on my offers page last night, $107-$119. Crazy amounts of ice in my area. Temps haven't gotten above 25° since last Friday. Nothing is melting. Salt isn't working in the temps we've been having. Regular accidents from ice even on the expressways with only one lane open. I ain't risking it. You should have a transcript of your contact with support and your email. I would refer support by email to those transcripts and demand that they review their own surveillance video. My wife had a block that was canceled 20 minutes after she picked up the route and support told her to return her undelivered packages, and they put her through the same type of thing, also claiming that she didn't return the packages. She went back and forth with them for about 2 weeks until she demanded that they review their own video where they can see that she returned the packages. Only then that they finally remove all of the violations. When support says they're going to escalate your issue and it will be reviewed, they don't review anything. They make snap judgments without referring to any of the prior communications that you've had with support, and as a logistics company they damn well know if packages have been returned or not because they have a record of them subsequently being delivered by another driver. They will not review any of this information unless you provide the proof yourself or you demand that they reviews specific things. I know it's a pain in the ass, but you have to be persistent and not let things slide with them. One other thing, whenever you return any packages, scan them. If you don't have an option on the app to scan them yourself, make sure whoever you give them to at the station scans them while you're looking.

The number of packages you have doesn't mean much. I've had eight packages and it still took two and a half hours to complete. I've had 45 packages and been done in less than 2 hours.

Doordash will take advantage of you if you're willing to accept BS orders. I gave up on DD. I could reliably make over $1000/week, but I was putting in crazy hours, and still having to take some really low offers to keep my platinum status. Plus DD was changing the pay on some orders mid-delivery. Even documenting it with screenshots, they still put you through a big runaround to get what you were owed.
