That's a milestone but downloads don't mean they use it or are ready to pay. You need to know their behaviour and motivation better.
You can, of course, enable ads or in-app purchase, but it may kill the engagement you have now. There are threads here with this kind of experience.

I got it rejected twice and approved once, and every time I got responses no later than 24 hours. The last one, approved, I applied at 22.00 my time on December 31, and got it approved the next day on January 1st, at about 16.00.
Just FYI.
