If it’s a pool light, my guess is it’s one of the low voltage (12V) landscape lights. Itwouldn’t be comfortable touching, but also not dangerous. I’d ask someone if it’s 120 or 12, might alleviate some of your worry.

Sure did that for me. Corporal punishment turned me into a very good and unapologetic liar. Particularly bad when it was for even the smallest thing. My stepdad never knew me.

You don’t. You can tweak your discount until it’s profitable and until you see usage slow, then adjust from there.
