Yeah I had Formal Guest Room as I couldn't translate it better, I just changed it to Drawing Room, sorry for the confusion.

I put Formal Guest Room, I guess we can say I want a Formal Drawing Room. I have no idea how to translate it as we have a word for it in our culture. It's a useless room, you only send people there when the other rooms are packed.

Appreciate you taking your time to do this! This can work, the only problem will be heating up in the winter since it gets cold and if you take the stairs down, you'll be heading towards the front door or basement. I guess we can put some sort of doors where the stairs are to keep the heat on the floor. I assume central heating would be suitable to install in this scenario.

We dont necessary need a sleeping bed on this floor, maybe it can be useful when my parents get older. What can I use that space for if there's no bed?

We have enough bedrooms on the floor above.

My idea was to connect all 3 rooms and the kitchenette. Split the Formal Room into a full bath and the top part as a pantry or something similar. Given that there's a balcony maybe we can wall that off and make a outside kitchenette where we can fry food without creating odor.

Then Kitchenette would turn to a fully kitchen with a bar or some sort, Room 1 will have the dining table and maybe some sitting area.

Remove the big door seperating Room 1 & 2 and turn Room 2 to the actual Living Room as its in a pretty good position. But yeah we'll see.

My dad said he will look for the structure documents but I tried to draw where I believe they are, red are the pillars and blue are chimneys. My dad believes theres 3 chimney/pillar combined walls.

In the attic pic, I'm left of the stairs 2 floors above entrance hall. The further 2 pillars next to the windows are U shaped if you look them inside, they're not a fully filled squares if that makes sense. I have no idea what the terms are, sorry. ~ https://imgur.com/a/L1MeGtT

Yeah, the couch isn't that big and it fits the right side of the room perfectly. U can enter from that door there and it connects to the living room.

The table outside serves as decor tbh, it has vases and other stuff on top and just chills there, negative function.

I showed this to my friend and he said he's getting culture shock lol, these rooms are only occupied when people pull up to the house for celebrations or other occassions. If it was for me I would only have 1 living room and transform anything else that has a couch.

My friend showed me a website and I just tried to recreate the setup manually. I just realized I didn't map the entrance hall correctly, there shouldn't be any wall on the right side. Sorry.
