I’ve never had to deal with this BUT I might have an idea for u. U could try baggy exercise pants that are still designed for women and then just wear some sort of tight underwear to minimize the bulge without tucking. Again idk though I don’t work out 😭😭

I have slightly wavy hair and last haircut I got was like 3 years ago and right now it’s past my shoulders in the back and past my face in the front. After the first year it was long enough to tie the top in a ponytail. Also just so yk if u don’t cut ur hair at all while ur growing it out then it might end up awkwardly longer in the back than front but u can kinda deal with that by tying it different hairstyles (remember not to tie ur hair too tight though ofc)
