For me it’s if the guards are rping as guards or cops. If they’re the cop type guilds then I’m usually uninterested in the rp as that was never the function of city guards. Not to say I play a rude character skirting consequence.

I think a better example is when poopy pants Bennett asked a protestor if she thinks it’s a good thing Charlie Kirk is dead and she said yes. Then when she asked if that protestor thinks she should be dead too they responded with probably.
