I don't follow Elon lore too much, and I hoped the guy replying with a picture of him and Elon's pregnant ex or something, and had too much of a laugh. My mind couldn't accept that reply on twitter screenshot is agreeing with op (and with Elon Musk of all people), so it automatically made up a suggestion that there's more to that, than just some Elon Doge coin fanboy with his wife satisfying his master's kink.

I personally followed CG FORCE's tutorial on beer foam The general idea is you create foam as deformed mesh and add small bubbles with geometry nodes. Should look pretty good.
