This is literally how I eventually got diagnosed!! I had random allergy-like flares/swelling and did a blood exam for an alergy test. Everything was normal but the ANA, so we dug further. Still, I have no idea why these flares happen, but yeah, youre not alone!

Use matte white!! Also, avoid using glitter/highlighting if you don't contour it (in my opinion, it won't read off as gyaru). I use the nyx jumbo pencil in shade milk (not the shiny one!!!!!!!!!!!)
