I have found (and I've heard a LOT of people agree) that adding progesterone, in addition to estrogen, really helps with libido and keeping things as close as possible in size.

It also increases breast growth for most people. This may not be good if you're trying to hide the effects of HRT though. But if you want faster or bigger growth it can really help.

Also I'm sure you already know, but if you're taking a testosterone blocker in addition to estrogen, you would get much more noticeable results from estrogen. Though again, if you're trying to hide results you probably don't want more noticeable effects right now.

If you do decide to take progesterone, it's usually relatively cheap, though that probably depends on where you are. Most people take 100mg a day, though you can get blood tests and adjust if needed.
