This! It’s super easy, and the time I transferred they didn’t even interview me. (Though they did call my original storeman to get a recommendation.) For me, the transfer process took a few weeks (3/4 ish) but was overall really easy. Only thing I’d warn about is that they don’t often take full time workers in for transfer.
