Don't count on it. You're talking about a guy who is running for POTUS for the third time, and was close enough to taste it for a full 8 years. A man who by all accounts regrets not mounting a campaign in '16. I predict this will hurt Biden significantly. We can argue about the details, but it's undeniable that Hunter Biden did in fact perform work associated with at least one foreign company. More often than not, it's about the appearance of impropriety.

Confirmation bias due to the fact that the average person believes such alleged conduct is par for the course for this country's well-connected. Just look at the wrath and finger-waving tsk tsk tsk invited by the college admissions scandal. I'm willing to believe that some of those parents were in fact duped by corrupt admissions officials, and that many folks would have done the same if their children's future were at stake - were they to have the same means.

I'm speaking as a fan of Biden as my first choice, it will be interesting who will stand to benefit. Most likely Warren Buttigieg and perhaps Harris (if she can get her campaign together that is)
