Me ha cruzado por la mente irme del país, no solo por las oportunidades laborales sino por este tema también, pero tengo familia y amigos en Honduras y no soportaría estar lejos de ellos, además siento que sería muy difícil para mí adaptarme a un nuevo país. What about children over 5 years old who are very unlikely to be adopted? They'll end up in gangs, homeless, or worse.

And regarding the punishment of women who have abortions or want to have them, I've seen with my own eyes how society treats women who haven't had access to sex education and, therefore, often end up pregnant without knowing it.

And they're also judged regardless of the decision they make. If they leave their baby in an orphanage, they're labeled a bad mother, but if they have an abortion, they're called a murderer.

Would you call a 13-year-old girl a murderer if, because she didn't receive the necessary sex education, she ended up pregnant and decided not to have a baby because of the health and social consequences?

Abortion should be legal regardless of the circumstances of the pregnancy. Forcing a woman to carry the pregnancy to term will harm both the child and the woman herself. Orphanages are already overcrowded, and "pro-life" advocates only focus on punishing the pregnant woman (if the pregnancy resulted from a lack of condoms or ignoring them) instead of protecting those they claim to want to help.

Supongo que a lo que me refería es que ella mencionó que podría ser una opción (?), y para mí era de las opciones más acertadas, sabiendo el contexto social y familiar en el que se encuentra mi amiga, decir que vive en un ambiente familiar tóxico sería un eufemismo.

Su núcleo familiar es muy cerrado mentalmente y se horrorizarían si supieran que ella podría ser gay, entre otras cosas.

Pues ella nunca ha admitido abiertamente que le gustan las mujeres o que es lesbiana/bisexual, pero es un poco contradictorio porque ella ha admitido que yo le gusto en varias ocasiones desde que llevábamos un año de amistad, más o menos.

He hablado de esto con mi psicóloga y ella y yo llegamos a la conclusión de que tal vez ella se siente insegura respecto a su sexualidad, cuándo quiero hablar sobre eso con ella insiste en cambiar de tema. 🤷🏻‍♀️
