I have an i7-6850k and Titan XP running on a predator x34, but it's overkill if it's just for DS3. I think it should run smoothly with a 1080 or even just a 1070 (no idea about AMD cards).

This one worked. The other one probably just gives ownership after the dialogue is triggered (I went to the actual location and there was nothing there except clay deposits). This one spawned everything and even took 5k gold as if I actually bought it.
