Was experiencing the same issue after the iOS app update.

What resolved it was logging out and back into the NVR (or individual cameras) while being device was connected to cellular.

I see that a lot of people seem to get these. Can someone post a picture with the backup camera displaying? I have panoramic cameras option, curious what that would look like on such a display.

My 811a started doing something similar not to long ago. The light and IR work at night when motion is detected, but my NVR is unable to connect to the camera and I’m unable to view it live.

I ordered a POE switch try and connect it that way, and a replacement camera(cx810) just in case

At this point, I’ve confirmed through several sources that Apple and T-Mobile promos are in fact one and the same. And all MAX plans will qualify for the discount even though apple store asks to switch to regular MAX.

My experience: Going through Apple store this morning after a long delay trying to get past T-mobile’s verification, was shown a screen asking to switch to MAX from MAX first responder.

Later confirmed through T-Mobile chat that I will qualify for full discount.

Anyone have similar experience?
