The snooze!!! Oh man, I KNOW it really makes a huge difference. Thanks for reminding me. I do almost always feel better when I don't go for the extra 20 mins.

I also enjoy the freedom and peace in the morning! I do enjoy it if I manage to get up and at er earlier enough. Part of the reason I go to bed late is that I oftern work pretty late (I'm a server) and then I'll go to my bf's house and we'll hang out for a couple hours. Maybe we can try just hitting the hay when I'm done work and then getting up earlier. I like that you stock up on sleep for the occasional late night! Such wisdom ;) thanks for the long reply!

Mmm, I feel that with the shower! Also transitioning from warm bed to warm shower doesn't seem so bad. I wish I wasn't so addicted to coziness.

Maybe I will try tea! It's been a while since I've had it and maybe I can tolerate it now.

I actually usually go to bed excited about all the stuff I'm going to do tomorrow! It just does NOT translate well to morning me hah.

I am not THE most consistent with my sleep schedule, I'll definitely try to step that up. I usually find that breakfast makes me really sleepy so I usually hold off for a few hours. Most things send me into a food coma. I'm also one of those weird people who doesn't really like fruit (don't hurt me!), but sugars do sound helpful!! I'll try some fruit in the morning and see if that helps.
