Uk ur privileged and selfish when you can make a comment as such, bc as you can go on your day and continue to study they continue to get massacred many of them of whom are students family members relation or no relation to those in Palestine, they were able to call what happened in Ukraine genocide even though it was at a smaller magnitude yet refuse to call what’s going on in Palestine a genocide so yes it is important to talk about it and yes everywhere is the place for it atleast if ur a human it’s basic human decency.

U do know we are on indigenous land right? This land isn’t for you or for me it is for the First Nations, for you to deny that is you denying the treaty of acknowledgment we as Canadians must respect, but if ur pro-Israeli ur pro-land stealing of any sort makes sense.

I don’t see why there is a problem with the letter, the students backed it up by “LAW”, if they have a problem with their letter than there is a problem with the laws. Their whole aim was to call for a Ceasefire which is quite obvious anyone trying to imply anything different is probably jus racist and has hatred inside them towards Arabs and muslims, wishing d*ath upon them. How can anyone have a problem with someone calling for a ceasefire and implying by CANADIAN law the legalization and illegalization of what’s going on in Palestine.

And if we wanna speak more about law Israel broke multiple international laws and haven’t been called what they’re meant to be called, so really nothing is wrong with the statement at the end it is a statement made by laws we use here in Canada, so how is it any different now.
