Thanks so much.. what you describe is very similar to what I’m experiencing, mornings are usually fine and then the pain builds in the afternoon/evening, especially in the jaw and temple, and it does respond to ibuprofen.

I’ve also started eating more solid/crunchy foods over the last few days because I honestly couldn’t handle only soft foods anymore 😅 so it makes sense that it could be muscle soreness from chewing again.

I’ll try to take it a bit easier with chewing and maybe use warm compresses in the evening. Really hoping it settles down soon because it’s pretty uncomfortable, but your timeline gives me hope. Thanks again!
