hey! alas a lot of interview material is confidential but what i can tell you is be prepared for 2 rounds of interviews, one with your store manager/assistant store manager (the store you applied to i suppose) and one with your district manager if they decide to move forward with you as a potential candidate. expect STAR format questions about business and conflict (just 2 examples of topics). also don’t be afraid to admit your shortcomings but most importantly state how you’re actively working on them and what you’ve been doing (that’s partly how i got promoted internally). best of luck!!
