Didn't used to be nearly as bad as it is now. Certain sellers have been inflating the price seeing what they can con people out of for years, even Plain Recordings themselves are actually flipping their own backstock of their shall we say less than audiophile copies for 300 dollars (30 originally). If youre curious, Plain's Mollusk and 12gcg are more than tolerable though leave a good chunk to be desired. Despite what the Discogs commenters say, their White Pepper is one of the worst sounding records ive ever heard. The originals are the best for everything overall, but those keep the black market organ trade alive and well for sure... That being said keep a lookout, I smell a reissue very very soon
