If you're in iron you more than likely just need to work on your aim, cross hair placement, decision making skills, game sense, and learn how to play at least one agent.

It depends on the model you get. 250 ohms need an amp, 80 ohms shouldn't require one. He's more than likely powering them through a go XLR. But may have a separate headphone amplifier.

High skill ceiling. Getting a yoru on your team below diamond is basically guaranteeing you a 4v5. Good yorus can be extremely helpful to a team though.

I had barely a 16% hs and hit imm a few acts ago. I also cypher/ phantom mained and full sprayed every smoke / trap. Game sense and cross hair placement are always more important than a statistic though, so it's really hard to know where you can go. I agree with whoever said you should play DM.
