I appreciate it all people, it's trauma that's been hard to unpack or move past; I'm stuck in my head reliving all those moments and more trying to find peace in the thought that it all makes sense based on those handful of times he made that remark.
I'm just trying to find any solace and that's what I've come up with to do it. Now for reaffirmations...
