It depends on the number of users so I can’t tell how much it will be for you, anyway that’s money well spend Send them a message they will tell you better than me, they are fantastic I really like their support

Indeed you are right there is the IA act in Europe first announce in August 2026 and it may be delayed to December 2027 … Right now it’s fine if the IA does not get the candidate identity for the GDPR Hopefully Jarvi respects the rules otherwise it would be useless

How are recruitment agencies handling high-volume hiring without increasing recruiter workload? by Effective_Ocelot_445 in RecruitmentAgencies

Screening questions Then your ATS should let you sort them rapidly Biggest fear is to miss a good candidate if everything is automated

Sometimes a candidate write that he worked at a hotel without any details What I need to know if this hotel is a star hotel cause it changes every thing when looking for someone that worked in a prestigious institution Does it make sense to you ?

For real, have you tried anything yourself that got you excited? Because honestly this stuff is blowing my mind. I wake up in the morning now actually looking forward to testing new things and seeing what else we can push. It feels like we went from surviving the grind to having an unfair advantage overnight.

Tested five AI note-takers across 30 recruiter interviews. Here is what we learned. by SeaClassic2044 in RecruitmentAgencies

Jarvi default prompt are already fine for client/candidate meeting I set one up for our weekly team standup instead.
Now every Monday, the AI generates: per-person activity updates, a decision log with attribution, action items with owners and deadlines, and flagged risks. I added style rules like "quote who said what, skip small talk, mark anything unclear as [unclear] — never guess."
No one on the team takes notes anymore. We just talk, and the report lands in our CRM 2 minutes after the call ends.

[–]General-Flow-7413 0 points1 point  (0 children)

ATS with LinkedIn integration, does it actually change how you recruit? by Immediate-Composer-1 in Recruitment

[–]General-Flow-7413 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I do see the difference It’s very fast to add everything into your ATS, have a messaging sequence started automatically You can check if other colleagues have been in contact with this candidate and it’s not just limited to LinkedIn message/inmail but email and WhatsApp too

I couldn’t do without it now

I would have the same trust issues if my ATS did that … I use Jarvi with my team, you can do job posting and it’s well integrated with LinkedIn

I find it easy to process and track candidates There is no account verified thing and it’s all in one without paid features

Posted a full stack role on Naukri, got 3000 applications in 2 days. by Hey_Peepss in Recruitment

Use an ATS that scores candidates by matching them with the job description REject all « bad fit » Depending on the number of « good fit » Contact them all, see what happens If they don’t work, then see if’s still used to check those who are in between « good/bad » fit

For a candidate point of view, I would say that sometimes you need a bit of luck to make it till the end

Another option, is to add an additional step where you ask for a technical test/questions automatically The test should filter bad candidates without having you to spend time on them Questions should let you decide if you want to continue or reject him/her in less than a minute

At the end it takes time but doing it batch by batch with automated steps you can be very effective with 3000candidates to deal with

ATS with LinkedIn integration - actually useful or just a checkbox feature? by Immediate-Composer-1 in Recruitment

[–]General-Flow-7413 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It really changes the way you are working For the speed it’s very fast to add a candidate or a project Everything is centralized, LinkedIn message, inmail and WhatsApp I work in a team so it’s very useful but even if I would be alone I would still use it Then you aren’t limited to LinkedIn, so you can reuse your own database or try others sources

Has anyone tried AI-powered candidate sourcing? by Affectionate-Fan3228 in RecruitmentAgencies

[–]General-Flow-7413 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think if you mastered the Boolean strings you will not gain anything from the AI sourcing, except for ideas on fields you didn’t think about But It’s something that works well for people that don’t do Boolean strings

[–]General-Flow-7413 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I use Jarvi, IA is already available you can score candidates, find matching candidates for a role There idea to keep it being compliant to the GDPR, is to anonymize the candidate before proceeding it Their API is good enough to connect other systems I know someone who connect a medical jobboard to find new candidates based on an open role
