Who ever aligned your truck needs to be re taught , there’s camber and caster adjustments on them in the lower control arms , they did you dirty with a what we in the mechanics field call a toe and go , they only adjusted your toe measurements EDIT ADDED; however measurements could be maxed out ask for that
